Tom and his partner James helped my husband and I find our dream home in Santa Barbara during our recent move from Colorado. Moving to an extremely hot real estate market from out of state was stressful but their expertise, professionalism and hustle made the process smooth and even fun. We were never left to wonder where things were in the process because their communication was superb - I cannot stress this enough. Their responsiveness, attention to detail and timely communication was top notch. They also went above and beyond to help us with our move out and handled many of the details around closing since we were still out of state. Thomas was an incredible support during the entire process of buying our first home. In the beginning he was sharing potential homes he knew we would appreciate based on our interest and price range. After finding our home and putting in an offer, Thomas was an excellent communicator and available to answer our questions at all times. If he didn’t have the answer, he would find the answer, and empathize with us when we were in our various struggles and periods of stress. As you may or may not know, the struggle begins as soon as your offer is accepted. I cannot imagine how we would have completed this process without Thomas. At many times, I felt he was the one that kept everything moving forward! Best of all, the day we received the keys, Thomas was there to congratulate us and take a few photos of us on our special day:)

We could not have gotten any luckier than to be connected with Tom and James. Not only are they are incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, they work hard for their clients at all hours of the day/night, and they are master negotiators. They will go above and beyond coordinating and attending inspections and sourcing quotes which was necessary for us as we were closing on a property from out of state!
