Ruby Alvardo was my shining star. I interviewed 4 realtors and had originally decided to go with husband and wife team but then I quickly realized they were not the right match for me and I knew Ruby was the one. She went above and beyond in so many ways including the day I got upset that the paint we had bought to repaint the inside of the home was too flat and wouldn't look good. She literally came the same day to see it and assure me it was ok. She knew I had an unusual circumstance because I had taken a 2nd mortgage to hire a surrogate to carry my baby and my partner and I had just split and I knew I had no choice but to sell but if I didn't sell quickly I could lose the home. She did a lot of research and went the extra mile to make foldout 4 page full color thick flyers that she went and knocked door to door in my neighborhood to drop off. She also hired a professional photographer for photos, video and drone and knocked it out of the park with the most professional and stunning pictures of my home. In a market that had literally been stalling for the past 6-12 months with most homes lowering their price just to eventually sell, when I tell you she knocked it out of the park, I'm not kidding. Her door knocking helped drive over 40 ppl to the home on the first day of open house which then led to multiple offers within the first week. When I tell you she knocked it out of the park, I'm not exaggerating! She closed by the deadline I needed and if we hadn't received an offer within the first 2 wks on the market, that never could've happened. AND, we got 5% ABOVE asking... instead of having to lower my price like all the other homes around me were doing. She believes in you, your home and goes the extra mile. She also brought someone in to help stage the home before the photoshoot and showed up ready with a week written script for the video and looking ultra professional, like a million bucks. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose to work with Ruby every time!
