Agreed on a meeting time for a house tour with Alexandra Grant and she did not show up because she was showing another house. No call or text to reschedule. Very unprofessional and sad. These are not people you can do business with.

Robert E. Howell is a scammer! I put my house for sale by owner when I got many urgent calls from Robert's KW office regarding many offers they had for my property. I fell for that trick and made an appointment with them to tour my property. I met Robert at my property, he had no offers for me and it was all a trick to get my listing. I let Robert know I was not happy about his trick with fake offers when Robert changed his story said he would guarantee he could sell my property over the asking price. I called his bluff and asked him for a contract stating if he sells my property lower than asking price he would not get any commission. Robert agreed, we shook hands and Robert told me he would email me the contract that day. That was months ago and Robert did a good job ghosting me. I got another call from Robert E. Howell KW office this time an agent with the same lies about many urgent offers. It is obvious Robert is a scammer and teaches his agents scam strategies.....

Robert is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable agents that I have had the pleasure to work with. He is one of the best and I really admired his work ethic and his follow up. If I were to sell my home today, I would have him as my realtor.
