I had the pleasure of working with Manny Carrillo starting in March of 2018. I found him using searching the web. His site gave me access to homes that were on on on the market and under under contract. After setting up my search filters it gave Manny a good idea of what we were looking for. Manny not only provided us with options, he allowed us to seek options and he was willing to call and set up appointments to see the homes. He was very flexible and travel any distance. In the end we bought a brand new build. He made sure everything went smooth and on time. He went through every walk through. The builders staff were amazed at how professional and knowledgeable Manny Carrillo was. We closed our home in May of 2018. Manny is a diligent hard working realtor.
