Jason was incredibly communicative and brought us a home off-market right away, he and Erin both dropped everything to meet us and negotiate with the seller to get our offer accepted immediately. Jason is legit! We had not considered selling our first home until Jason and his lovely wife, Erin, approached us in 2020. They gave us faith to sell our home in hopes of buying our dream home in the area we loved. The process was great and we sold the home for considerable profit, to an off market buyer. Jason walked us through all the numbers and Erin helped us stage the home and make it look its best. We spent 2021 searching for our "forever" home. Jason was in constant communication about possible opportunities and upcoming properties. He kept us motivated in an extremely competitive market. In October, Jason and Erin mentioned we view a listing that seemed unattainable, just to keep all options open. They used all personal connections and resources within the neighborhood and built us the strongest offer we could make. The seller accepted our offer of almost 150k below list price because of their efforts. Insane. It's difficult to find sincere people in this industry, but Jason and Erin exceeded our expectations. Really great people who are great at their job! Highly recommend!
