We had the good fortune of selecting Cindy as our agent to sell our house in San Diego. In 2018, we moved out of San Diego and attempted to sell our house through a discount broker. But that did not go well. So, we had to rent our house out until 2019 June. At that point, we decided to put our house on market and again and we used Cindy's services. From the get go, it was a marked difference in the service provided by Cindy compared to last year. Her suggested listing price was really accurate. Cindy took care of every single detail before and after the contract. She was really there for us and helped us tremendously when the inspection uncovered an active water leak. She made us feel a lot less apprehensive about the process though we were living in NorCal during the sale. She worked really well with the tenants and ensured that it was least disruptive to them.
