Keyes did an excellent job selling my multi-family property. Besides being knowledgeable about the nuances of multi-family properties, they came up with a great plan to get the property marketed and sold quickly. They also have a great network of vendors to make smart improvements that maximized the potential of the property. Brad and Josh are great at their jobs, but so are the back-office staff that make the whole process very smooth and efficient for the seller. Overall, this was a very positive experience for me, and I can’t recommend the Keyes team highly enough.
