My fiancee and I bought a house on Sept of 2024 and had the pleasure of having Eddie as our realtor. He was very knowledgeable on every questions we had. We were first time home buyers so we had a TON. He was always more than happy to answer any questions we had even late at night. Eddie made home buying a smooth experience. As first time home buyers it can get pretty scary but Eddie made sure we were comfortable enough to proceed. Very well communicator as well, He even got us a 15k in closing costs covered completely. That really helped us out a ton we were beyond happy and felt sure about our decision. We recommend Eddie to anyone looking for a home or any real estate purchase.!

There are no words to explain on how grateful i am to have meet Eddie . He is the best realtor i have ever meet. His door to door paid off. He tried to help me by trying to keep a family home that was up for foreclosure. He was hard at work trying to keep are family home. At the end we had to sell but it was for the best. He was there every step of the way not only as a realtor but has a friend . He helped us get the best offer and alway check in to make sure we were fine emotionally and physically. Very grateful to do business with him and hope that he will be there for the next step to now finding a new home.

Eddie was super professional and worked with our busy schedules! He was helping make our dream home plans and listening to our needs/wants at the late hours of the night when we were most available. He fought for us when needed and helped us buy our first home! My little family is happily living in our home thanks to Eddie! 10000/10 recommend!
