Long overdue review! I don’t leave reviews very often, but Jenny absolutely deserves this one. If you’re looking for a realtor in Hanford or Visalia, I highly recommend Jenny Graham. Jenny and her admin gal did such a great job helping me prep my home and get it looking its best before going on the market. She sold my home in Hanford and my rental in Visalia. I’m so glad I decided to switch agents. My previous agent didn’t help with any prep work, getting bids, or guiding me on what would make the home show better, so having Jenny step in and help coordinate everything was such a relief. She was knowledgeable about the real estate market, communicative throughout the entire process, and genuinely cared about getting me the best outcome possible. We had a fantastic outcome selling our homes, especially in a slower market. Our neighbor’s house just two doors down sat for nearly triple the amount of days compared to ours.
