She provided us all the information we needed, assessment of our home, contacts to the best lender, setting up searches in areas of interest, attending open houses, and overall finding our forever home. What generally takes months of work, took her two weeks with her team to set us up for success. We bought our next home and sold our home all within a two week period. She and her team kept our needs and interest as their priority. All texts and calls are responded to in a quick manner and provided educated feedback. We look forward to our next chapter in life and none of it would have been possible without Sharon and Terri.

Sharon and Terri provided outstanding support and communication. I really appreciated their enthusiasm and promptness in securing a purchase agreement within two days and closing escrow ahead of the scheduled 30 days. Their commitment to prioritizing their client’s best interest was appreciated. They definitely made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to utilize their services, all our questions and concerns were taken care of quickly and professionally. We had secured our own lender and the buyer chose the escrow company. Sharon and Terri worked well with each company resulting in a seamless transaction. Brevity is something I appreciate in business. Their communication was direct and to the point. We were able to complete everything virtually with the exception of the final close of escrow which requires a notary. They really economized our time and work well for our nontraditional busy schedules. This is my second real estate transaction within the last 5 years with Sharon and Terri. They previously facilitated an estate transaction which was a little more complicated than a traditional home sale. Again there were no issues and thankfully the beneficiaries were payed out in a timely manner thanks to their efforts.
