Ryan was recommended to me by a friend, and he is AMAZING. He guided me through, and educated me, on every minuscule detail (that I was curious about understanding) during my entire shopping and purchase process. Bought and sold a home in 2011 in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320. Ryan Wharton helped me to both sell my house and purchase a second house. Through the whole process which took over 1.5 years, Ryan was the perfect Real Estate Professional. Sale of the house - His style is advisory instead of pushy, it felt like he had our best interest in mind versus trying to sell and move on. He went above and beyond doing open houses, Realtor caravans, and being available to show the property with minimal notice. I felt he brought all offers to the table and let us decide - peppered with his knowledge and experience - allowing us to make good quality decision. Purchase - after our house sold - Ryan worked very hard to get us into our new house. He knew the area we wanted and the type of house we wanted. I was very particular about things I didn't want in or around my new house. Many houses got kicked out or were not acceptable after we toured the property. Of the houses we did find, we were aggressive on the purchase price. Ryan was there each time we asked, showing us properties (usually after hours), and working hard for us.
