I worked with Jennie and Arbi to look for and purchase a home in Pasadena. They were so patient throughout every phase of the process from accompanying me to multiple listings in a weekend to answering all my many questions (like whether a building had EV hookup) and then being very clear once we made an offer on what the process would look like going forward in terms of next steps until close of escrow. They always made sure I was on the same page with them and clear in their communication. They also know the Pasadena real estate market very well and gave great advice on the pros/cons (condo versus townhomes, the listing price versus the location etc) to make sure I ended up with a home that really suited my needs.
