Steve was an absolute professional and a huge help selling my mom's home. We started the process early, but she passed away during and it caused a huge delay in the process in regards to probate. But Steve was there the whole time and helped me get the house repaired and ready to sell when we were allowed by the courts. Steve went that extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, especially considering I reside in a different state than the property. Additionally, the house sold quickly and for a good price in the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend Steve and his team, and I would work with Steve again should the opportunity arise.

I'm not sure how this realtor has so many 5-star reviews. I called to inquire about a rental property and was surprised by how unprofessional the conversation was. He repeatedly talked over me, made assumptions before hearing my questions, and came across as dismissive and condescending. What stood out most was his choice of language. He referred to tenants with pets using terms like "assholes" and talked about dealing with "poop" issues, despite the property being advertised as pet-friendly. It's not as though I was calling to ask whether pets were allowed. I was simply seeking information about a listing that explicitly welcomed them. Whether you're a prospective tenant or homeowner, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Steve is by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with. He helped us prepare and sell our home in a short period of time. We got top dollar for our listing and couldn't be happier. He also connected us with a realtor in the area we were looking to move. Both ends of the transaction turned out better than we could have imagined.
