Deal killer. You want to use this guy? Don't plan on selling your house then. A lot of his so-called "facts" are mostly just opinions. Scares the living crap out of people over dumb stuff. Don't recommend him, but you know, it's up to you. Also spent five hours doing a house inspection, which is insane.

Raymond and his team were very flexible and responsive from Day 1. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home in Bakersfield, CA. Due to the on-going pandemic, we are not able to travel to Bakersfield. We are yet to see the home in person. Hence, Raymond and his team are our eyes in Bakersfield. His team conducted a thorough/extensive inspection and follow-up of the home. His team identified issues that were missed during an initial walk-through. The issues identified were greatly appreciated. Critical issues will need to be resolved before closing. If Raymond did not conduct the inspection, we would have closed with critical issues open from the builder. The report was well written and easy to follow.
