Nancy was a pure pleasure to work with. We came to her with a tight deadline to list and get our house under contract, but Nancy was excited and confident she could get the job done. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and very proactive in the marketing of our property. She was able to pull off the challenge and we were under contract in less than 2 weeks at our asking price. On the other side of our transaction Nancy was able to bargain with the builder we were purchasing from and got us a great deal on our new house. To say that we love working with Nancy is an understatement. We are a working class family and never imagined to have more than one, maybe two, real estate transactions in our lives but we have had FIVE and we used Nancy for every one.
