Iren is a super agent! Seriously. I’ve worked with a couple other brokers recently but my family & I are so blessed to have found Iren. We first reached out to Iren to ask how much a house in Glendale could rent for, as we were looking for an investment property and we saw that she helped her client rent out a home nearby. She was very helpful but we didn’t end up getting that house and continued our search in other areas. Months later, we found ourselves in Glendale once again and reached out. This time, we decided to switch agents and have Iren represent us as buyers. Best decision ever! While we didn’t get the Glendale house, we kept searching and Iren provided us with invaluable knowledge and insight no matter where we looked. She is extremely diligent, knowledgeable, responsive, and looks out for our best interests. We finally found an investment property in Glendora (approx. 25 miles east of Glendale), and Iren helped us secure the deal. Once in escrow, Iren really shined by lining up all of the various inspections in one day. She was then able to negotiate down the purchase price by $10k and even got the listing agent to lower his commission to make the deal work. In this current seller’s market, that’s nearly impossible to do! What impressed me most was Iren’s attention to detail. I’m a very analytical person and while one of Iren’s biggest strengths is knowing how to effectively communicate with all parties so effortlessly, her meticulousness blew me away. She answered every single question and concern we had. There were plenty of times we’d have multiple questions and she’d say “Let me find out,” and sometimes we even forgot we asked. Within minutes, Iren would have an answer for us. She remembered every single question we had and made sure we got it anll answered. Iren was so on top of everything to where I felt completely comfortable knowing we were in good hands with her & team. This is completely opposite from previous deals with other agents where I felt a lot was overlooked and I had to get my own answers and do my own follow up. Iren works with her brother, Henri, and together you really feel like they have your back 100%. They were very patient with us throughout this entire process and always have the most positive vibes. Now that escrow has closed, we are looking forward to working with Bznuni Realty Group as they’ll be helping us get tenants in our new property. Knowing that they’ll be vetting our potential tenants gives us confidence as we embark on this new journey. I truly can’t recommend Bznuni Realty Group enough!
