Alma Aguilar has helped many of my friends sell and buy homes. She goes the extra mile to make things happen. Most recently there was an older couple with a house with a swimming pool and it was too much work for them. They were tired and retired. They sold their smaller home in Baldwin park and purchased a larger nicer newer home at he same time and only had to move once. They are happy.
