I contacted Mr. Hurst yesterday to assist me in listing my late uncles house as part of his probate case. He has not even made it to completing a valuation yet (it is already on the calendar, and was scheduled promptly), but I am already so pleased with his compassion and professionalism. Curtis came highly recommended by my probate attorney and I already see why. He approached a very delicate situation with empathy, and he took the time to explain exactly how an out of state probate would be handled in terms of listing and selling a home. Curtis is amazing!! Not only did he list our house but he handled things with a squatter in the house. He helped by handling a lot of issues with this house. He went above and beyond and I will come home all the business I can in the future. Thank you for everything. We appreciate you!!
