She worked with us every step of the way (and I mean EVERY step) to put my childhood home on the market through an unexpectedly lengthy home renovation process. Throughout that process, she tapped her network of highly skilled vendors to do more than $100k in home renovations, she handled nearly all of the communication, and offered her honest recommendations so that all we had to do was say yes or no. The remodeled house ended up absolutely gorgeous and we were able to sell our house above listing price to another family who plans to make this their new family home. I’m so grateful to Amy for her professionalism, trustworthiness, and kindness.
