Bryce and Kent went above and beyond our expectations. In selling our home, they spent hours prepping our house for sale. From fixing our courtyard fountain to adding lots of flowers and pots to add color to our yard, we had never had so much help from realtors before. Not even close. All marketing materials and open house execution were top notch. In the purchase of our current home, they were diligent, very responsive and always on call to answer questions or meet at the property. We felt well cared for in all aspects of the transaction.

Kent and Bryce were great to work with and went above and beyond when we needed to get our home leased out in the palisades. They ended up getting it leased in less than a week and found us really great tenants. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/rent/sell in capo beach , they are also great neighbors and an asset to the the community.
