Chantelle is THE realtor of choice! She is very well organized, professional, & gets things done as planned. And reliable! In a transaction as complex as a >$1M real estate transaction, it is imperative that her clients have no doubt that she’ll meet every commitment throughout the process. Additionally her staff is top notch, from her office assistant to the photographer. Communication is another strong attribute as Chantelle kept us informed of every step of the process. Chantelle is an excellent realtor. She helped guide us through finding and ultimately purchasing our first home. During our search she provided daily listing updates for homes matching our needs and answered every question we had. Once it was time to start putting in offers on homes Chantelle would have ready quickly which was important especially with how competitive the market has been. With Chantelle as our realtor the experience of purchasing our first home was frustration free and we couldn’t be happier. Chantelle was incredibly helpful in the search for our first home purchase. We began the search with another realtor, but he lacked the level of attention shown to us and initiative that Chantelle provided. Chantelle was diligent in sending over new listings frequently and helped measure and set our expectations on walkthroughs, and often took hours out of her day to come with us to viewings. Chantelle’s connections on the contractor/inspector side of the business also helped us make easy calls when we saw homes that were almost what we wanted but needed some work. Given that we were working on a strict budget limit and in a highly competitive market, Chantelle masterfully navigated the market landscape and helped us find an incredible first home very close to our most desired neighborhood. I can confidently say that had we stuck with the first realtor we worked with, we would not have been as happy with the end result. Chantelle is great at what she does and is also a great person. Purchasing a house in this market is no easy task, and while doing it from out of state on a tight timeline seemed like an impossible task but Chantelle pulled through and landed a perfect home for my family and I.
