Matt was extremely helpful in my first home purchase. He was communicative and responsive. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions about the process. Matt did a great job answering my questions and explaining points of confusion. He was also great at front-loading me with next steps and things to look out for.

My favorite thing about working with Blake is his responsiveness. He always replied and never ghosted us, like other agents when the news being shared may not always be the best. There were bumps in the road out of anyone’s control but he ended up getting the job done and I’m grateful to him!

Working with Matt and Blake was a great experience. Although some might see it as unusual, my husband and I decided to buy a house during Christmas and during COVID-19 and somehow, Matt and Blake made the process as simple as possible. They work well together and and worked well with us. They were also very knowledgeable about the area in which we were looking. I would definitely recommend these two to any of my family and friends who find themselves on a house hunt.
