Brad help me buy 2 houses so far as well as sell one of those houses when we moved into the new one. He goes above and beyond to help his clients and make sure they are happy. Every situation and market condition is different, and Brad has the experience to know what to do in all of them. When we bought our first house in California, I was moving back from out of state. Brad must have taken me to see 25 houses on different trips so we could report back to my wife who had not joined me back here yet. We ended up with an awesome house. When we moved to our next house, we went in low and then ended up in a multiple offer situation. Brad and I discussed the best course of action to ensure we got the house and we did. Not just anyone could have looked at the comps and predict what the other potential buyer would do and what the owner would accept. Issues always seem to come up with the other parties when you are trying to buy or sell a house, and Brad will go to bat for you when others aren't keeping their commitments. Some other agents are the face of the company but when you are going through the process you get punted to different people on their staff. Brad isn't like that, he is with you through the whole process. Brad is the real deal. I was contractually obligated during my work relocations to interview two agents each time i bought a house. The others never held a candle to Brad. You don't need to look anywhere else to find an experienced, knowledgeable, and just all around nice guy real estate agent -- you already found him.

What Brad did for us I am convinced that other realtors would not have done. He takes the the entire process and makes it as easy as possible. He explains everything. He knows everything. He doesn't hesitate to jump on the phone and handle issues that arise. He doesn't hesitate to come over and lend a hand, whether it be packing, moving, signing docs, meeting with lenders, anything at all. Brad loves to be right there the whole time. With our sale and contingent purchase we had many stresses along the way (who doesn't?) but Brad is just so good about fully managing every roadblock that pops up. I work full time so I cannot say how lucky we were to have someone like Brad who was willing to talk to us and help us out any time of the day (and night sometimes), throughout.
