I moved to the bay area as a transplant from San Diego. Not knowing anyone, I met Sarah shortly after I moved up here and she helped me navigate the difficult waters of real estate in 2012. It was her expert advice, calmness, and knowledge of the bay area market that helped us find the perfect home! She did such a great job that recently we just purchased a vacation home in the mountains and Sarah helped us the whole way through that as well and again, gave us great advice throughout the transaction. Sarah was great in every way. She kept us well-informed on all aspects of the process (we live in another state), she responded to different situations 24/7 - weekends, late at night, whatever was needed. She set up everything for us from painters and stagers to plumbers and meetings with the previous tenants. With her experience she was able to provide us with good advice on many practical decisions that had to be made.
