Unfortunately the worst experience here with Solange Edwards. Edwards is very unprofessional, unwelcoming, disrespectful and dishonest. Further, Edwards makes inappropriate irrelevant false remarks to clients... Edward's misconduct is utterly unacceptable and overall a very negative reflection of Coldwell Banker Real Estate in addition to any and all clients Edwards represents.

Monte Hartman and Bradley Cole (Hartman-Cole Real Estate) are, by far, the most exceptional real estate professionals I have EVER worked with as a seller. I have bought and sold seven real estate residential properties throughout the U.S. during my lifetime. These gentlemen are "the best" at pricing, marketing, preparation & staging. Most important, they are well connected with a network of contractors to order necessary inspections and repair work. Their attention to detail and perfection with contract preparation and explanations is second to none. They are available day and night when there are unforeseen complications. All of this with a relaxed, optimistic and highly competent demeanor. Nothing better out there.
