Samantha sold our investment property when I thought it was a lost cause. She is the most tenacious problem solver I've ever met, and worked tirelessly. We had difficult tenants who were moving out as part of the sale and she created and maintained a great relationship with them (when the relationship between tenants and property management had devolved) allowing showings to happen. When issues popped up, she took care of it, while also keeping an eye on the property (we live 400 miles away from the property we sold). When new issues cropped up during escrow and I was ready to throw in the towel, back out of the sale, and start over, she problem solved and made it happy. It Samantha wasn't so drive and dedicated, we would have lost the sale, wasting time and money. She salvaged it and got the sale done when I was sure it couldn't be done. There's no realtor is SoCal I trust more than Samantha.
