Penny helped my husband and I purchase our Wonder Valley/Joshua Tree vacation home. We found her after having a disappointing experience with another realtor. Honestly, the experience between the first realtor we were working with and Penny was night and day. Not only is Penny one of the most delightful individuals you will have the pleasure of dealing with, but she is sharp and brilliant regarding all matters real estate. Since we were not local, Penny would drive all over the Morongo Valley basin for us, taking video of homes we were interested in and sending them to us for review. Her commentary was as valuable as it was humorous. Like I said, you not only get an excellent realtor when you choose to work with Penny, you get a fabulous personality too! We showed a few of her videos to my 88-year-old stepfather who has been doing real estate most of his life. He said, “Wow, you found a great realtor!” She would shift her schedule whenever possible to be available for viewings when we could come to town. Penny truly gives 100%! Her guidance was always right on point, helping us say no when appropriate and act fast when we found our perfect place. My husband and I could not be happier with the property she helped us buy or with the negotiations she schooled us in during escrow. You get “The Best” when you work with Penny Wurst! (ps- Penny took the photo I posted with this review— it’s of my husband and I next to our new home right before it went into escrow.)

So I want to preface by saying that Penny is one of the nicest people I know, she isn't a realtor she is a friend first :) This is our first home me and my boyfriend have bought and we were so nervous but Penny helped us and guided us through each step and found us our dream home. She was there for us for every question we had no matter what time of the day it was (sorry Penny haha) She took the time to curate a list of homes for us to see and after we chose which ones we wanted to tour she spent an entire day showing us and driving to creation and back for us and in the end we found our home we wanted on the first day and we ended up getting our offer accepted. After that it was a breeze and things went really smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Penny as you realtor and if we ever buy a home again we will be using her :) THANK YOU PENNY

Working with Penny was a dream! As first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing and Penny assisted and guided us and answered any questions we had. She was always available to show us more houses and spent many Saturdays taking us from house to house (over 30 in total!), all during very hot desert summer days. I would highly recommend Penny for any and all of your real estate needs as she is a professional who knows what she is doing to close the transaction and is also familiar with the Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree area. It was a pleasure working with her.
