Our property manager, Maria, has been exceptional from the very beginning and continues to go above and beyond for us. Maria is always responsive, professional, and willing to help — even after hours when unexpected situations arise. No matter the challenge, she consistently finds solutions and keeps everything running smoothly. She does an outstanding job finding qualified, reliable tenants and always keeps us informed throughout the process. Our tenants have also been extremely pleased with her professionalism and care. Maria truly treats us like family, and that level of dedication is hard to find. We highly recommend Devine Properties, and especially Maria, to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable property management team.

Good evening Maria, this is Monie again. Following up on the property you via telephoned me about stating my application was approved for property 7338 Greenhaven Ave Unit 66 in Rancho Cucamonga. We spoke Monday in reference to moving forward with signing and that you'll be sending me via email a written contract. We also touched base about May 12th to come in person to the office to sign the lease. We have been playing phone tag this past week and I still have yet to receive any contracts to review via email. I am just trying to understand the why to the back and forth miscommunication. You stated two days ago via telephone to Zac that you would give him a call back and it is now Friday evening, still no phone call back , no email, no communication. Can I ask the why? Is this property still approved for us? Thank you in advance . This was my message to Maria on May 8th of 2026. I was approved and left a voicemail on May 1st. We spoke over the phone May 4th stating she would send me the documents via email and that we will discuss further sitting down May 12th in person to sign and turn over the down deposit. We played phone tag throughout the week. Maria spoke on Wednesday to my significant other stating they approved 2 other applicants but they can't move in until June 1st. Not sure the relevance to that statement when Maria and I discussed via telephone about signing documents and bringing the down deposit this Tuesday May 12th to secure the property I was approved for . We spoke about moving in this month. Maria stated several times to myself and my significant other she would return our calls and still have yet to receive clear and professional communication. It's unfortunate and extremely unprofessional on this property managements end. Did Maria drop the ball on her end and is now avoiding communicating? Disappointed Sad to say I still have had zero contact from this property management nor MARIA who stated we were approved for 7338 Greenhaven ave Unit 66 in Rancho Cucamonga. Worst experience ever being told you are approved , will get sent via email the contract, advise to come in to DEVINE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to sign the contract and turn over the deposit of 2295.00. And still zero communication from this property management. I would never recommend such an unprofessional business to anyone. I believe it would have been a nightmare to deal with this management. Blessing in disguise, but absolutely disappointed. I’d like to also state how an individual personal messaged me on yelp stating they had the same exact experience with Maria and Devine property. Got approved, was told the similar information and ghosted by staff Maria. If this property management wants someone like Maria to work for them I’m not sure why. I feel this business is a complete scam/ joke. Updating my review due to my getting a reply from the owner. To define property management thank you for ACTUALLY RESPONDING 👏🏼 however your statement is not true. Maria did not try to attempt any communication. She stated several times she’d email me , call me and my partner back and never received any response back, this was on several occasions. You stated in your response someone was able to move in prior to 5/18/2026, however Maria stated the two other applicants weren’t able to move in until June 1st, as I still don’t know the relevancy, so whose lying? Devine property management that is. If the owners of the property wanted to go with another applicant, MARIA SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROFFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATED THAT ON BEHALF OF THE OWNERS. Never once was that communicated to my partner or I. I have attached a photo of my yelp message so everyone on yelp, Google and all platforms can know how Maria at Devine Property management is unprofessional, horrible communication skills.

Devine is a phenomenal company to work with. I've been a client since 2013 and they've managed my property for the last 12 years, treating it as if it was home they personally owned. Since I first started working with Devine, they have provided me with many years of outstanding service. RENTAL Over the years, I worked with various people at Devine, but most times I exclusively worked with Adrian Laos. Adrian always made sure to find reputable tenants who would take great care of my home. Not only that, but he constantly made sure that the tenants were happy by staying on top of all their needs. Whenever a problem occurred, such as a water leak or the A/C malfunctioning, he was quick to contact me so that repairs could be made immediately. His communication and response times were top notch. I never had to worry about my home being abused nor did I ever receive a complaint from the HOA about the people renting my property. Every family who ever rented never gave me stress or grief of any kind. Payments were always on time, and everyone was super easy to work with. REFINANCING When interest rates dropped in 2019, Jeremy Devine was there to help meet my needs. He was very accommodating and helped me find a loan, while cashing out some equity, to help with a minor hardship I was going through at the time. He streamlined the entire process and made everything pain free. Jeremy was in constant communication to ensure that I would get the best rate to help improve my cash flow. The entire process from start to finish took less than a few weeks. I couldn't be any happier because the refinance was a huge boost that helped improve my family's quality of life. PROPERTY SALE Fast forward to 2025, Adrian worked very closely with me to sell my home. I was apprehensive about selling my property, because I was the original owner of the home since 2005. The home was in a very nice community and was a place I was hoping to eventually retire in. However, after thinking things through, it wasn't very logical to try to maintain and hold onto a property for another 20 years. Because I live over 400 miles away, attempting to find contractors to renovate parts of the home to make it more appealing to sell was not a trivial task. Adrian took the stress away by taking care of everything. Whenever I needed to talk to him, he was always there to answer my phone calls. And by the same token, whenever there were updates, he was quick to contact me to provide me with updates. He facilitated the entire process and made everything really easy. Overall, there simply aren't words that could express my utmost gratitude towards this company. Devine treated me not like a customer, but like family. The thought of finding someone else to care for my property never crossed my mind. Devine was always there to fulfill my needs and make me happy. I would highly recommend Devine to anyone looking for a reliable company to either rent from or manage your property. Thank you for the wonderful years, Devine. I'm going to miss you!
