Ive always considered leaving reviews on services (both good and bad) throughout my life, and until this very moment, I have failed to do so. However, with such an incredible service, and most importantly, a massive contribution, pristine guidance, and whole hearted support in one of my ultimate dreams to come true, how can I not and why would not? Sergio is a rare gem in the real estate industry - a man of true morals, extensive knowledge, and incredible empathy, patience, and understanding. Sergio is not solely looking for a paycheck, but rather the best interest of his client - as if he were buying the home himself. As mentioned, buying a home has always been one of my ultimate dreams to come true, and quite frankly, the process of buying a home is very stressful and overwhelming. But with Sergio on my side, he really did help and support me through this entire process with ease and pro activity. Sergio demonstrated extreme patience and knowledge, pointing out flaws and detrimental factors of homes that I thought were wholesome houses. Without him on my side, I’m more than sure I would’ve regretted my home purchase due to pressure, impatience, and stress. I now sit back on my porch and admire my kids play on the front yard of our new home, I cannot thank Sergio enough.
