I had the most wonderful experience with Leslie Cruz as she guided me through the process of selling a condo through the probate court of California that was part of the estate of my friend, who passed suddenly at the beginning of 2025. There are no words to describe the professionalism, the attention to detail, the kindness and empathy that Leslie showed. I first met Leslie when I suddenly lost my wife in early 2020, I needed a probate realtor.  It was a devastating time for us with COVID rolling in right behind our loss.  At a time when everything seemed to be falling apart and myself not getting any sleep, having trouble, being able to think straight, Leslie really stepped up and looked out for us.  I'm not new to real estate, I own several rentals and have sold and purchased enough properties to have had many agents over the years, many of them pretty good.
