He kept in communication with my sister who was the estate administrator constantly, and always answered all our questions. He was always available, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. I was reluctant to sell my place really out of hesitancy with COVID and the current market conditions, but he supported me through the entire process, and actually made it look easy in a mask. Best move ever, the place sold with two backup offers, no stress, and came in more than what I had asked for.
