High praise for Victor Randolf!! We had property in Apple Valley that we needed to sell, while living in Florida! We were recommended to use Victor through the Dave Ramsey website and he was quick to respond to us as soon as we reached out! He drove out to the property and took pictures and videos for us right away and gave us sound advice for the listing! He worked with us on the listing price and counteroffer, so that we were able to sell it quickly and for the price we wanted. We couldn't be more appreciative to Victor and his team for all of their assistance throughout the process! I would definitely work with him again and would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Victor went out of his way to accommodate me. I travelled from out of state to meet with him on a Saturday. By the time I was heading home, the following Friday, I had accepted an offer for full price! This did not happen by fluke or by accident.
