This review is long overdue because every time I’ve attempted to capture in writing the amazing experience I had working with Jennifer Eckert, my words of praise seemed woefully inadequate. I am going to try. I was a first-time buyer without a clue. Jennifer was both an expert navigator of the complicated maze of home-buying and a compassionate, supportive partner in the process. Her expertise encompassed both exceptional knowledge of the system and a natural ability to work collaboratively. She knew how to be gentle when I needed it and strong when I needed that. She intuitively foresaw any pitfalls in the process so they could be avoided and referred me to a top-notch team of professionals, e.g. mortgage broker, insurance broker, etc. She patiently explained every step of the journey and had creative solutions for every roadblock I encountered. All I had to do was follow the steps. As a licensed psychologist, I couldn’t have asked for a more therapeutic partner than Jennifer. My awe of and confidence in her is off the charts. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Ok, so Jen is THE MOST AMAZING REALTOR I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold a few homes the last 10 years and Jen has been my agent for every one of them. She is so detailed oriented, she is fair, she is firm and she is 100% in the client’s corner and moves inventory so fast it’s makes my head spin. When we moved out of our Los Angeles residence, she said she could sell our house in 10 days. We followed every suggestion she made and it did sell in less than 10 days. I am proud to call Jen a friend after 10 years of working together.

I had an outstanding experience selling my Century City condo with Jennifer Eckert of Nourmand & Associates. She came highly recommended by my neighbor, and she did not disappoint. I had already moved out of town, and Jennifer and her assistant, John Charles Meyer, went above and beyond - coordinating cleaning, repainting/minor fixes, and beautiful staging; meeting vendors; managing keys and access; and keeping me updated with photos, videos, and clear timelines. They even pulled off some creative, last-minute “MacGyvering” to keep our closing on schedule. When offers came in, Jennifer’s guidance and negotiation kept everything moving toward a smooth and quick close. Start to finish, they made a typically stressful remote sale feel easy. I’d choose Jennifer again in a heartbeat and recommend her without hesitation.
