Norma was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional but also family oriented which made the process of buying comforting because we were at ease knowing she understood the time frame, expectations & convenience our family was looking for. She was thorough, honest but also aggressive & knowledgeable with the demanding market of 2022. It helped during the heavy competition for our current home she had connections with other realtors. Negotiations, communication, honesty with positivity made us hopeful for the future of our current home. At the end we got our dream home. We even got extra furniture and little surprises left from the previous owners. Norma put in a good word for us which brought us favor. We highly recommend Norma who also works side by side with her husband Jay. They are a great duo and just wonderful people to work with. Definitely five stars!

Norma and Jay Halvorson were absolutely outstanding to work with. Norma helped stage my home to get the best first impression possible.,she actually supplied many furnishings as well. . Norma and Jay had an abundance of handyman, painters, roofers , cleaners available. Anything to make the process easier for the ultimate sale. Norma and Jay did everything in their power to make certain I got top dollar and that the entire real estate sales process would go smoothly. And it did !! Norma and Jay are great people. A wonderful family that truly cares about the community they live in, Moorpark. Working with Norma and Jay was like working with one of my own family members. Norma and Jay are an amazing team. They are very professional and easy to work with. I had many criteria in finding a perfect house within a small area. But with their hard work, diligence, and attention to details, I am now happily living in one. The whole idea of buying a home was overwhelming. However, with their wide knowledge of real estate no-how’s and list referrals, everything from mortgage lenders to movers to local gardeners/contractors, the whole process became more exciting than intimidating. The best part about working with them was that they were always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding me a home that met my needs than they were on closing a deal.
