Javier Brown was fantastic in dealing with our Riverside property. It is a lot, undeveloped (for the most part) not a big sale by any means, but Javier never gave up. You see, we had a difficult sale with clouded title issues and property tax issues all connected with this property. He assisted me and my family business with the purchase of land for our trucking company to serve as our trucking yard in San Bernardino, CA.  I have worked with many real estate agents and brokers on several real estate prospects over the years and can say with confidence that Javier is the best agent/broker I have ever used who made it possible. Javier has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective agent/broker. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. Our real estate purchase was not an easy task, but Javier persevered and never gave up. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense, never give up style. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client.  He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night or early morning emails.  He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction gets done.  I have the highest level of confidence in him.  Our transaction went very smoothly, even with minor hiccups or new requests required to get the deal closed in a timely manner. We had a small issue with the city/county on the property following the close of transaction and Javier had great follow through even though Javier had already done his part of the transaction.  He followed up many times with us until the issue was resolved. As mentioned above, he represented us on the purchase side of commercial real estate. However, I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart, and transactions can sometime become very complex.  I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he will be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution with the end goal of closing the transaction. In future transactions, I will only have Javier represent me, my family and/or our business real estate needs. Javier is very professional in what he does.
