Very unprofessional! He has been harassing my family and I since February of this year and has not stopped even got in my sisters face threatening to evict us in his exact words “yes I am threatening to evict you guys”. We moved from our home of 9 years because William kept hassling us ! Also texted my sister my brother and I “you should be ashamed of yourself” then proceeded to call me a “waste of life”. The professionalism is definitely at 0 !!!. Also upon returning the house key I asked William Jia not to come because I felt unsafe . William still showed up and was recording me I asked nicely for him to leave and William refused because it seemed as if I was alone and William did not want to leave until my brother in law came out and asked for William Jia to leave and until a man asked him to leave then he left.

I had a very negative experience with this landlord. They were extremely unprofessional and repeatedly harassed me throughout my tenancy it was difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. I would not recommend renting from this landlord based on my experience.
