BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My Husband & I had the pleasure of working with Vivian directly & it was amazing. She made our first experience so easy & comfortable. Coming from our current home of over a decade, transitioning to this one, is less intimidating because of her. I was scared, nervous & just not ready to jump but she was so graceful, it made it easier. She’s very transparent, thorough & professional with her work. We didn’t feel pushed or pressured at all, but she wasn’t going to let us drag our feet either! I love how she checked in & kept us in the loop. I am an over thinker but she told me to relax! I relaxed & trusted her. Honestly, she gave me so much reassurance with her confidence & way of speaking. Now, my little family did our walk around & will be moving into our first house! Thank you Vivian. I don’t think I could have done without her support. I look forward to working with her again in the future & alongside my family & friends. Many blessings ❤️

This post is in response to Shana and Scott Gibbs /Warner/ Owens post, (We could never verify who exactly they are) I am Fernando the Landlord to the property she is referencing in her post. As a landlord we are not always thurl with how we check potential tenants. I hired Vivian because she is great at what she does and checks everything before we allow anyone to move into our property. Vivian notified you 6 days prior to our meeting Tuesday March 3rd that your application was incomplete. No documentation that's required to verify your income and employment was submitted and the documents that were submitted could not be verified. My daughter attempted to contact your employer to verify employment and the information on the paystubs was incorrect. Vivian came to me out of good faith to you and your family and asked if i could adjust the rent to meet your needs and i agreed because of Vivian's work ethic. She notified you the following day March 4th that I would not be renting the home to because of the inconsistency in the information submitted and missing paper work. You showed up to the house on March 6 with a U haul even though she notified you the contract fell through. As a landlord i have to protect my property from squatters and if I can't verify who you are it's a liability I can't afford to take. Vivian was really professional with you even after you threatened her. You were given plenty of time to submit documents and never did. I never signed a rental agreement with you, we began the process but it was never completed.

I can not believe Keller Williams would hire a person like Vivian C Perez. I made a big mistake by going through her to rent a house. It cost my family dearly.we signed a lease paid her fee got the keys transfered all utilities over while sitting with her . Withdrew my three sons from there school and rented a uhaul...Before all this we met with Vivian at the house where she wanted to meet my children and our dog....My boys picked there rooms and everything was good ....as we pulled up to the house in the uhaul ready to move in we were greeted by Vivian C Perez saying that we could know longer move in.we could not rent the house. I will be taking you to court Vivian C Perez because you cost me alot of time and money..This was very unprofessional and you are not a good person and I believe karma will be paying you a visit ..I hope know one else will ever have to go through this...I will inform every person I encounter about you Vivian C Perez
