Michele sold my Plumas Pines home in August of 2023 over one weekend, multiple bids, when I anticipated a longer sale period for a great house in a remote community. This is because she has developed so many good contacts, keeps track of every interested visitor and their specific desires, and went to the phones immediately. She kept constant communication through the process and tracked every detail down to monitoring the few repairs (I was an absentee owner), and tracking the 3-4 small personal items I took out of my furnished home when we closed. She even mailed by my cable TV box in my absence. I highly recommend Michele. Tell her plainly how you like to work, your communications preferences, etc., and she will try to meet them and adjust if needed.

In August 2023 working with Michele as our agent we and long-time friends of ours purchased a home at Plumas Pines. We had previously worked with Michele earlier in the summer on an offer on another property that we ended up not buying. When the second property came on the market Michele contacted us with the details. We didn’t hesitate to work with her again and we were able to see the property quickly. We liked it and made an offer right away that was accepted from among several offers. With a short timeline to escrow close and much to do Michele handled every step with professionalism, courtesy, respect, good communication, a can-do attitude and positivity. The process went smoothly and we are very happy to now be joint owners of a lovely Plumas Pines vacation home! Thank you Michele.

We would like to give a shout out to Michele & Mark Smith at Mountain Living Real Estate for the excellent service we received recently when buying a house in Graeagle October 2023. Michele was very knowledgeable about the various areas we could consider for buying a home. Since we had sold our house in May of 2023 and were trying to determine where to locate, this overview was helpful. Once we committed to making a purchase, Michele was upfront about al the legalities and issues we might encounter in a less populated area than San Jose, Ca. While we were traveling around, no matter where each of us were located, she was swift on her replies to us when we had questions. Michele was on spot throughout the whole transaction; informing us, guiding us, directing and encouraging our adventure. She lined up inspection and service people, and made sure appointments were kept and items completed.
