My uncle passed away and Sonja helped our family sell his house. It was a difficult time for my family and the home had been in my family for generations. Sonja's team assisted us in getting the home ready for sale. They helped us get the home ready which had years and years of accumulated stuff which had to be moved. She then staged the home with some of the items that were already there, so we saved money. At the end she got us $30,000 more for the home then we were asking and the whole process was so easy.
