Di just helped us sell our investment property in Santa Clarita and she did a FANTASTIC job. She did a great job managing the contractor for many of the fixes to prep the business for sale. Her photographer was perfect and really illustrated the advantages of our unit. We believe Di took extra care in understanding the specific selling points of our property and went after markets that our unit would appeal to. She brought a high degree of professionalism to our sell. There were a few problems along the way but Di tackled those issues confidently and got us the price we were looking for.
