We enjoyed working with Armando Arenas in selling our house. Armando handled our many apprehensions as a true professional and was always patient, informative and very supportive. He explained the process and, fortunately, the process went smoother than we could have ever hoped due to his professional guidance and his handling of anything that was in question which was resolved quickly. My name is Paul and I reside in Santa Barbara California, When our mother passed away last year it was tasked to me to find a realtor to sell her home in Montebello California in order to settle her estate. Not being from Montebello myself, finding someone I felt I could trust to help us sell our mother's house was very important to me. Luckily my mother's best friend and neighbor knew Armando Arenas and gave me his number. I soon thereafter made contact with Armando and his associate/Son Andrew. I was immediately impressed with their presentation, sensitivity and patience with myself and my sister. There was no high pressure hard sell mentality which usually tends to rub me the wrong way but a genuine desire to get to know us, and what our needs were and how he could best help us. It took us about a year to take care of the business of closing out my mothers estate and Armando always made himself available for advise on the sale of the house as well as market updates. So when we signed the sales agreement Armando and Andrew hit the ground running. Within a couple weeks we had five offers and eventually sold the house to one of those offers for well over asking price. The list of things Armando and Andrew brought to the table is long but I will be glad to give you the short list. Professionalism, years of experience in the greater Los Angeles area. One thing I noticed was that Armando has his hand firmly on the pulse of the business which to me equates to bringing the best price for a home as well as the ability to bring in the buyers, not just any buyers but the right buyers. Excellent negotiation skills and very thorough with the complexities and details of the real estate transaction. Authenticity, honesty and the kind of calmness and confidence that comes with being a humble person. Armando and Andrew always listened to my sister and I and always took our concerns seriously. It's what I would call representation at its best. Lastly but definitely not least, he got us the price we wanted. Armando was always quick to remind me, particularly when things got a little stressful. "Paul I have your back" and he did, start to finish. Thanks again Armando and Andrew!
