While Cynthia herself is a very nice lady, she unfortunately rented me the worst apartment of my life. Ive been renting units mostly in NYC and some in Boston for the past 25 years and never have I ever hated a living space like the one Cynthia rented me. The unit was suspiciously well priced for its charm but quickly I learned why. Within the first six months of living there (and in LA) the building had an electrical fire in the alley that manifested in my kitchen leaving me unhoused for 2 months. The landlord never placed me anywhere nor even cared about the situation and Cynthia only covered for him. A few months later I witnessed a tenant tazing another one in the courtyard. There have also been break ins into several cars. Water pipes continuously broken and breaking. Homeless people living within the premises. And most recently a gas leak in the heating system that hasn’t been replaced since 1943. Which now means there is no heat and no response from the landlord, again. While Cynthia may be a very polite and friendly woman she was fully aware of the type of landlord she was working for and knowingly rented out units to me and several others from out of town… giving them their nightmare welcome package. Here is your one star 💫

Cynthia is an amazing realtor! She always gives timely updates, responds very quickly, very knowledgeable regarding the many forms you will need to sign and her attention to detail is superb! She knows the Los Angeles market very well and is very honest and trust worthy. Not only does she help you with your real estate transaction she has consistently stated she available for other real estate needs (rentals, contractors etc). I would give her 10 starts if they would allow this.

Cynthia is an exceptional realtor, she helped our family finding our dream home within the best conditions, she cares about her clients and provides the best services we could expect, definitely recommend!
