Marie came highly recommended by one of my friends, and I’m so glad we decided to work with her. To be honest, we were initially hesitant because we live in Corona and she is based in San Diego. We worried that the distance might make things more difficult, especially since we were trying to sell our condo and buy a new home at the same time. But from day one, Marie was responsive, helpful, and always available when we needed her. What impressed us most was her ability to problem-solve. We had previously listed our condo with another agent who wasn’t able to get it sold, but Marie came in with a fresh approach and got it done. She helped us successfully sell our condo and purchase our new home with a contingent offer, which was no small task. She also helped coordinate repair requests and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the transaction. One thing we really appreciated about Marie was her honesty. She always gave us her genuine opinion, communicated clearly, and made sure we understood every step of the process. We never felt pressured and always felt like she truly had our best interest in mind. My husband is a veteran, and we also really appreciated how knowledgeable Marie was throughout the process and how comfortable she made us feel navigating that part of our home purchase. It was another thing that showed how experienced and caring she is with her clients. Even after closing, Marie continued to support us. On our first day in the new house, we ran into an issue with the utilities, and she jumped in right away to help us get it resolved. As parents of two young boys, we also appreciated how wonderful she was with our family. During showings, she would play with our kids and help keep them entertained, which made a stressful process so much easier. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, but Marie made the entire experience so much better. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Marie was an amazing person to work with. We had no prior knowledge on where or how to start the home buying process. She had everything clearly outlined. I love that she was easy to talk to and if any questions came up she was quick with giving us an answer. She gave us plenty updates during the buying process which relived a lot of stress on my end. We were referred to her by a family friend and I would absolutely refer to other family or friends looking to buy. Some time in the far future I hope to be working with her again when we are looking to buy a bigger home!

Marie made us first time homeowners! She always had the answers and took us through every step of the way. We were aiming for an 8 month timeline to move. Less than 2 months later, we’re living in our dream home! I could not imagine trusting anyone else with such a huge leap.
