We recently worked with Rob Jansen to purchase a home. Our first impression of Rob was that he is a hard worker. We could reach him anytime and any day; he works till 9 pm every day! Rob worked tirelessly on our behalf and helped closing the transaction in a short escrow. We appreciated that Rob followed up on our issues and concerns, and honestly provided us his opinion and advise. He is a person of integrity and will honor his words in an agreement. He is the best person when you need a real estate agent on your side.

We tried one of the most popular and advertised realtor companies in town with terrible results. We were given terrible advice and found out how lazy they really were. They thought the wave would continue with selling homes with no effort. We ended up firing them and hiring Rob Jansen. He immediately changed our approach to selling our home with good advise and hard work on his part. He held open houses every week until we sold. I would recommend to anyone who is serious about selling their home. He is honest, hard working, and brings a great perspective to how to sell your home. Thanks Rob for all you did for us. We have had Rob sell three of our properties for us in the last 5 years. We admire Rob's organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. Rob was always available to us and would always promptly respond to email / calls. Usually they were my petty questions but Rob never made me feel like any question no matter how small was not important. Rob was great about not pushing us into homes nor did he push us away from homes. Instead he asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked him for his personal/professional opinion and only then would he influence our decision. Purchasing a home is a business transaction, but some of the other agents that we interviewed before Rob treated the entire process as purely business (very impersonal and all-business). Our experience with Rob while professional, was also very personal, we got to learn about Rob and his family, and our kids loved him. You can't go wrong with someone who knows his profession inside and out. We will continue to use Rob in the future if the need arises.
