To start off, For the profession that Todd is in he was extremely unprofessional. My family and I applied to rent one of the houses he handles and it took him over two weeks for a final decision. My realtor had reached out MANY times and even offered him extra contracts just to help my family get approved, and he continued to ignore our call. The ONLY reason we got a final answer was because I called him yesterday to ask if the house was still available. He said it was and to send my application. The problem with him managing the situation is WHY not tell us no from the beginning! He may not think of our time as valuable but with our house closing escrow tomorrow we needed a house fast, and we’re willing to show multiple documents to prove it. Honestly, I’m just baffled by the unprofessionalism.
