It was a pleasure working with Jan Banister on the sale of our home in Santa Barbara. Since she has been a realtor in SB for many years her resource with contractors made our lives easier since we needed renovations prior. Also Jan had a strategy that brought in a lot of interests and allowed the sale to happen quickly and for above asking price!! Jan was instrumental in helping us find our home in Santa Barbara. - She listened to what we were looking for (e.g. price range, neighborhood, style, etc.) - in looking at homes, she pointed out features she thought we would appreciate but also the features that she thought we would dislike over time. - Over the years we have owned our home, she not only keeps us abreast of the market but also things like changes in tax law. Jan has always been very professional but also very warm and personable.
