Bryan did an amazing job helping my wife and me buy our very first home! As new home buyers, he helped to answer all our questions and coached us through the whole process. Whenever we needed recommendations for home insurance, lenders, etc. he was able to connect us with solid and helpful people. Even though our home was far from Bryan, he was always willing to make the drive down for all the important in-person meetings. Bryan is the best real estate agent you can ever ask for! He and his fantastic team helped my husband and I purchase our first home (and he also helped us find my mom's home 2 years ago). Bryan is super passionate, dedicated and responsive - knowing he was our agent made us confident that we could find our home in this crazy pandemic housing market. For example, my husband and I were living in San Francisco when we first started looking for homes in Orange County. Bryan personally went to each house we were interested in (either alone or with our parents), took photos and videos and provided his honest assessment to make sure we weren't spending time / money flying down to see houses that weren't worth it. Once we zeroed in on a neighborhood, Bryan went the extra mile (again!) to talk to the neighbors and see if anyone would be interested in selling their home.
