For the first time in 18 years, we were selling our beautiful home located in Beaumont, CA. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Real Estate agent Danielle Jackson. Danielle made this process for us as amazing as it could possibly be. Being that Danielle herself knew nothing about the area of our home, she took the time and effort to do countless hours of research on the surrounding neighborhood and areas. We were not allowed to hold any open houses, but that did not stop Danielle from getting the house shown to as many people as possible. We ultimately scheduled over 58 showings, all on one weekend, making it easier for us! While doing the showings, she was so knowledgeable about the surrounding neighborhood and areas that we received 22 offers, ALL OVER ASKING PRICE! After accepting the offer that was best fit for us, the process was so smooth! Danielle made sure she was communicating with us, the buyer’s agent, and the escrow company.
