David is a wonderful person and I am lucky to call him my friend. I would want to work with David no matter what he did for a living because of his warm and inviting personality. He is also a phenomenal real estate agent, and he will not disappoint you. I moved out to the valley about five years ago and made the huge mistake of working with a different real estate agent. The experience was very frustrating because I was better able to find potential units than she was, and she was not very responsive. Over the years I have been involved in a few real estate transactions with my father, who had David as his agent, and the experience was like night and day. David was on top of everything, his communication was great, he was very responsive whenever I would reach out, and he made me laugh! And David didn't become a stranger once the deal was complete. He would come and have lunch with us when he could, I follow his (hilarious) facebook page, and kept us updated about important happenings. Every time we met he had a smile on his face and we would all have a great time. When the time recently came for me to sell my condo in the valley, I knew David was the only agent I wanted to work with. And that was the right decision. David gave me a specific timeline of when he wanted to list my property, when the property would be shown, and when he wanted to field offers. He explained why listing the unit for a slightly lower price would actually result in higher offers and potentially start a bidding war. He had professional photographers take the photos that were used for the listing, listened to all of our concerns about what we did and did not want to keep, and made the selling experience a complete piece of cake. And boy was he right about pricing and timing! We essentially had lines out the door during the open house. We received more offers than we knew what to do with, but David helped us go through them and explained the relative strengths and weaknesses of each one. We ended up accepting an offer WAY over the asking price and started escrow less than 10 days after putting the condo on the market. I could not have been happier with my experience. David is both a great agent and a great guy. He will do an absolutely fantastic job selling your property or helping you find something new, and he will accomplish it without anything seeming particularly difficult. I would recommend him to anyone, including my own family and friends. Don't hesitate to give him a call - you will be glad that you did!!!

He takes a team effort approach from day one so that everyone is connected with a very high level of transparency and confidence.
