Would not use this place. I emailed them twice and called three times about a property. They would not get back to me. I was a very qualified applicant. They would not consider me because I currently did not live in the area. I did not know there was a residency requirement to be considered as an applicant to rent a house in Ca. Sounds fishy. Last time I called for an explanation the guy would not give me his name then hung up on me
